【働きやすい職場認証制度】

■２０２０年度からスタートしたドライバー職に特化した制度で、働きやすい職場を可視化する目的で国土交通省が制度化しました。この取り組みは「働きやすさ」を可視化することにより、求職者が会社選びの指標として利用できる画期的な制度となることを目的としています。星2つを取得している千葉県のタクシー事業者、わずか４事業者しかありません。
